Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Client Support Centre, which has been serving clients through email during the pandemic, has reopened call operations on April 27th to respond to questions that clients may have about their applications. Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, call operations are at reduced capacity. Agents are available to take calls Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. As always, online enquiries can be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through IRCC’s online webform.
