Department of Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 3,515 invitations in the latest draw of May 28th.The lowest comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score was 440. This draw was restricted to the applicants in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). IRCC continues to invite CEC and PNP applicants and also, this is the lowest score so far in 2020.
