Here are the first details of the forthcoming Ontario entrepreneur program, which will allow foreign entrepreneurs to buy an existing business (or start a new business) with a minimum $200,000 investment in a location outside the Greater Toronto Area. It is not clear when the program will come into effect and what other conditions will be attached to the program, such as performance agreements.
