Earlier today, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held an Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). 6,000 applicants with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 400 received an Invitation to Apply (ITA). This cut-off is a 17-point drop from the previous draw on April 16, and continues a trend of declining CRS scores. We thus encourage anyone who qualifies for the CEC stream to create an Express Entry profile.
