Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held another CEC only express entry draw on April 1st, 2021. This draw issued 5000 ITAs with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 432, this is 17 points lower than the previous CEC only draw. IRCC continued to prioritize the Canadian experience class applications during the pandemic.
